Life coaching can help you gain clarity, confidence, and perspective, and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life.. As a life coach, I work with clients to identify areas of their lives where they want to make changes, set goals, develop action plans, and stay accountable.
How do I know if life coaching is right for me?
Life coaching can be helpful for anyone who is seeking to make positive changes in their life, whether that means setting and achieving goals, improving relationships, finding more meaning and purpose, or overcoming personal challenges.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, life coaching can provide guidance, support, and motivation to help you move forward.
What qualifications or certifications do you have as a life coach?
As a life coach, I hold an accredited ICF (Int’l Coaching Federation) Master Life Coach certification by CLCI.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and education, and regularly participate in training and certification programs to stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and best practices.
How long does a typical coaching session last, and how often should I expect to meet with you?
Coaching sessions typically last for a minimum of six weeks for achievable results, and the frequency of sessions will depend on your specific needs and goals.
In general, I recommend meeting with clients at least once a week to ensure consistency and momentum in the coaching process.
I also offer a complementary first discovery session so you and I can get to know each other before the start of our formal sessions.
How much does life coaching cost, and what payment options are available?
Coaching fees vary depending on the type and duration of services, as well as the individual coach’s experience and qualifications.
We will meet via Zoom or WhatsApp video meetings, and I am happy to discuss fees and payment arrangements during our initial consultation and agreement papers.
During our initial consultation, we will discuss your needs and goals, and determine whether life coaching is the right fit for you. If we decide to move forward, we will develop a coaching plan and schedule regular sessions to keep you on track.
